It's a ROW car so the ebay system doesn't accept the VIN. Therefore it get's listed as a 1980.

It's been for sale for quite a while. He bought the car when the market was very high in Japan. But it is a nice example.

My 90 doesn't have air bags either. Shame about the front flares on this one. Otherwise it's a beauty.

What is the second button by the trunk release? Heated seats?

Only very expensive option until mid '91 MY when they became standard on most markets in LHD ROW cars. After this time there were airbag delete option code for some markets which received cars without bags.

Head lamp height adjuster. Later electic version which might actually work unlike '88 MY and earlier fluid in tube setup.

Seats have heaters since they have wider 3 position adjustment setup even though they do not have lordose option.

Air bags, Standard in the US cars. 90 and up

There are many differences between ROW and North American 928s:

headlight level adjusters
no air bags
no RDK
marker lights (front and rear)
fog lights
turn flasher lights

The above list requires additions and/or deletions to the wiring harness etc and doesn't include RHD cars which are very different again.

RDK was stock in all '90-93 928 and also stock in first 19 '94 MY US GTS. AFAIK It was stock in '89 CS and ROW GT. It was option in '89 ROW S4.
