Hey Doc, all the more reason for ya to make the drive back down to Sebring in a couple of weeks & bring the gf! We miss seeing ya here around the Sunshine State at our shark events!

oh and my wife loves cars, more specifically Porsches, even more specifically 928 Porsches! Right now, only a Cayman could get her to give up her 928. I've created a monster, but I know that's a good thing! I guess my addiction all these years has rubbed off on her. Heck, I tell people that she checks the mileage of hers if I back it out of the garage into the driveway! She also loves 928 gatherings & has gone with me to every one I've been too. But she has commented many times about the serious lack of other ladies participating, which causes her to question her reasons & motivation for going.

Karen will sometimes travel with me to some 928 events, but only if her clubs are in the back and she can go play while I do. For OCIC, she said she would come if I would bring her clubs for her, buy her plane rides, and get her a rental car. Good thing she didn't come, since it rained so much, and otherswise too hot/humid for daytime golf in August anyway. She says she's not comfortable in the 928 seats, and she really isn't comfortable in any car unless she's driving. Makes vacationing a lot of fun... I fly all the time, so the idea of flying someplace, renting a car, and living in a hotel sounds way too much like work.

No, actually it is not.

Get it caught on something, or even better, let it go between a high amp connection to ground with her finger in it.

Never wear rings while working on cars.

The girl friend and I are already fighting to see who gets to drive and what car to take I guess I will have to find one of her own but then it will be a fight to see what one we drive. oh well just glad that she likes cars as much as I do. I'm hoping work will allow me to go this year.
