We talk on the phone (yes we understand each other), we email back and forth and the odd PM.

Parts arrive as they should within a given timeframe (cant count border time) and then............no bill.

Eventually he catches up but long after parts are rxd and fitted and he always thanks you for the business.

Roger is a very nice guy and really believes that other are as well.....so he ships parts when people need them and expects them to pay later..plus he looks for ways to sell things for less....That's un-American. Oh Yea right ! Never mind .

my experience with Roger is the same. took the time to discuss my concerns for the 928, provided PDFs and other advice for the work.

Then he sent me several parts and then started stacking up other stuff until we came to a complete BOM for my winter projects. all parts arrived before the charges ever hit my CC. Roger will always be my first call for parts for my 928. and I got a few maintenance parts for my wife's Audi A8 from him too. so don't just limit your calls to Roger to 928 stuff, he can source other Porsche and Audi parts. only he will not know the part number off the top of his head as he does with 928 stuff.

the 928 goes up on the lift this weekend and the wrenching begins. I am fortunate to have a mechanic friend who had an extra lift for the 928 work. my track 911 is in my garage going up on jack stands for the new shocks.

Roger can get parts for just about any vehicle FYI. I ordered a Bosch Alternator for my wife's Expedition last summer. Be specific in what you need and he can more than likely get it.
