FS - Fujimi 1/24 scale Porsche 928GT model kit (NOW WITH OTHER MODELS SOON F/S)
NIB, unopened. $35 USD + shipping, PayPal preferred.
First picture is the actual item for sale.
The remaining images are of a completed model (not included) that I built from this kit. It was a relatively easy kit to assemble, not a large number of parts.
Non-descript as to model year, but most closely resembles an 89GT Euro with Club Sports and without airbag steering wheel. The only unauthentic item I observed is the oval S4 style exhaust tip.
Becoming very hard to find. Makes a great gift for yourself, LOL!

Malcolm,
As luck would have it, I do have a 2nd model NIB. That said, I have a PM sent out to Greg who expressed interest earlier in the thread. If he passes on it, I'll let you know.
These are actually the first of some of my model collection I'm partially liquidating. I will soon be posting in RL member classifieds:
Still researching the market to see what these things might be worth. These are high quality pieces, the BBR GTO for example was $175 new 10 years ago (I have an identical red one I'm keeping that was $200).

- Lang 1/18th scale Honda F1 World Champion Aryton Senna cars -1988, 1990, 1991, 1994
- Kyosho 1/18th scale 1993 Mazda RX7 in silver
- BBR 1/43 scale Ferrari 288GTO in yellow
- Tyco 9.6V RC Lamborghini Countach in red

Malcolm - I see your 1/18th scale Senna, and raise you a 1/43 scale Senna:

You got me there, Wally.
Besides the red 288GTO, one of the BBR models I'm keeping is a Ferrari F310B driven by Michael Schumacher at the 1997 GP of Montecarlo. It's in the full Marlboro colors, which given the banning of tobacco advertising, might make it valuable someday.

I have another one of these Fujimi models -- exactly the same one as in this thread. I've opened the box to look inside, but it remains totally new. I also have a Testors/Italeri Porsche 928S4 new in box. This one remains shrink wrapped and has never been opened. I'll sell them for $35 each plus shipping at cost. Anyone interested?
Here is the text on the Testor's model:
This is a 1/24 scale Porsche 928S4 unassembled car kit by Testors model number 228. It is brand new still in the box. The date on the box is 1988. Actual finished body length is 7 3/8”. More than 80 highly detailed injection molded plastic parts will allow you build an exact 1/24 scale model of the 928. The Porsche V-8 is authentically portrayed, all drive-train components including drive shaft, transaxle and rear suspension are represented. Real rubber tires fit over elegant satin chrome alloy wheels.
