Just for you, Tony, here's a couple of shots of Roger's GTS.

Next, a shot of Stretch giving himself the finger. And I have no clue what Chuck's doing.

Finally, I can't help but take pictures of Mark's gorgeous car every time I see it.

Good time had by all. Special thanks to Don for letting me snore in his spare bed. To Sean and Roger for letting me ride around with them, and to the organizers for setting up such a nice deal and ordering perfect weather.

If I didn't have to go to work on Sat nite it would have been perfect. Luckily, due to the Sat/Sun work we saved a $34M deal.

It was great meeting you guys! I don't know who's car is in the first picture, but it was the first car I saw in the parking lot Saturday morning. I thought it was pretty funny...

BTW Roger, thanks for the fender covers--hands down, the best bargain for $99. They fit the '84 like a glove.

The car in the first pic is my blue '89. Guess we know where the party was the night before, huh? Not my leftovers, though, since that would qualify as alcohol abuse.

Jason, you obviously did not heed my advice about houseguests or you would have been there.
A good time was had by all at the Third Coast event.

Mark these on your calendar for next year!

Sharks in the Mountains ---- 1st weekend in June
Sharktoberfest ------------- 3rd weekend in October ?
Third Coast ---------------- 1st weekend in November

There is also:

Sharks in Hell - Looks like the first weekend in August ?
Frenzy - maybe the first weekend in October? (appears to move around a little bit)
Sharks in the Park - looks like first weekend in May ?
Sharks on the Lake - not really sure if it's still active but it was around mid-June. (please correct me if I am wrong)

Other members please chime in so we can all mark our calendars with additional annual events or correct what I have posted already.

I want to have the new motor done in mine so I can FINALLY participate in these events [and not worry about being left on the side of the road].

I'm sorry I missed you guys at the hotel the whole weekend, and I wish I could have spent more time with yall. I did have fun on the cruise however. Unfortunately I had unexpected house-guests drop by from out of town and it was, well, it was a total pain in my *** that kind of screwed a weekend I was looking forward to...

BUT

I got to help out some friends in desperate need of a vacation, and there's always gonna be another 3rd coast gathering next year, so I'll just make sure they know not to do this next time

Now I just need to figure out how to get a shirt from the OC

Thanks John. Looks like your right I missed a great time. I'll put the dates in my organizer for next year. Also I must say that Rogers GTS with no rear wing is really starting to grow on me. I really like the look. I think the GTS is the only one that can make it work besides the OB's.

I still prefer the wide bodys to have a body colored wing on them... I do prefer the OB's w/o the wing (my '81 had an '87 wing appended to it when I got the car...YUCK!)

Looks like I forgot to add one event that recurs:

Sharks at Daytona -- occurs mid-October somewhere around the weekend of the 10th?

Please feel free to correct and or add any other recurring events that you know!!
