Summer on Cape Cod is finally here
Felt like the first weekend of summer on the Cape. FINALLY
Took some shots this AM on my morning drive of the GTS alongside Barnstable Harbor/Sandy Neck and Nantucket Sound. Not the greatest photography but felt like sharing.
Ah yes, nothing like an early morning drive on a quiet Sunday morning

Nice shots Gary, looks beautiful out there.
Its about time summer arrived in the area. I am so glad the forecasters were actually wrong about this weekend, it has been perfect for the past three days. I'm thinking of taking the GT out again tonight, maybe down into Plymouth Harbor.

Sandy Neck, name notwithstanding, is one of the planet's finest pieces of work.
Couldn't beat the weather this past weekend, hope you had a good trip! Had a good weekend back 'home' myself.
Now I'm back in simmering Virginia...:-(

I'm afraid you may be correct. Looks like the Cape Wind project is moving forward.
Just glad I don't have land on the on the south side looking out.

Any drive near a body of water in the early mornings, is breath taking. Wish I had something like that around here, besides the muddy mississippi!
Nice shots....and you dont have to be a pro photographer, as any shot of a 928 is superb.
