They can be re-used, at the least, once. I replaced the plastic pump inlet hose adapter and re-used the hose and clamp. You have to be careful spreading the clamp apart.

Re-closing the clamp can be done with a pair of diagonal cutters until the hose no longer slips on the fitting (tight).

BTW, these hose fittings are all static pressure.

Wouldn't think these are critical connections as they draw fluid from the resv and return it. I'll probably just use left over FI clamps when I change my resv., that will give as good a seal as the OE crimp jobs.
