Default Interesting tensioner decal- GTS

I was cleaning GTS parts tonight and came across a decal on the inside passenger-side TB cover that I've never seen before (at least in my limited n of ~5 or so engines)

Anyone got the complete P/N on this decal? ( I assume it's 928 XX6 109 01) Is this a GTS only thing? It clearly needs to be added to the definitive engine decal set:

Did some research and the number is now 928 006 109 00.
I ordered one from Germany so we will see early next week.

That's the way the one on my 90' S4 looks. WSM says the same thing.

If only people could follow instructions.... there wouldn't be a need for the PorKen-tensioner.

My car still has it and I know Dave C took a picture of it. It looked to be in good shape and fully legible. Not sure if he has a high res version, I will ask him about it and see if he can post it here.

Not to take this too far off topic, does anyone know what the part number is for the sticker on the coolant reservoir? Its a yellow sticker and unfortunately mine is partially damaged so I want a replacement.
