Funny you should mention that...I had a dream that I had gotten my hands on one of these 928 watches and gave it way as the grand prize at SITM this year!
No way it could be real...if I got my hands on one of those it would be REALLY hard if not impossible to give it way :-)
Great job on the 928 watches, very impressive. I have been lurking on this thread since the beginning. I stopped wearing watches decades ago...but... that that sucker is very tempting!!!!!
Keep up the great work.....OH, if you happen to have an extra one...sure would cool to work out some sort of a Promo deal on one for SITM (yes, that is a hint)...only big deal is you would have to keep it out of my hands until it was "awarded" to someone :-)
Also, if you need a "support group" for delayed 928 products from suppliers...I am the founder of one ...and happy to compare stories and VENT with you :-)
Cheers,

Yes there is another delay!
Let me tell you this for free, I'd rather own a perfect teutonic product, albeit delayed, than a rushed job that's not quite right!
Imagine if Porsche sold you a car that was on time but had bits that didn't work? You'd be furious!
Let them get it right, have patience grasshopper! It's not as though we are having trouble telling the time lately!

The limited Edition number is engraved individually after the casebacks are made.
They make the case with a blank area before the /100.
There is a picture in this thread with the original graphic design.
I need to go through it to find it. But I know i posted it a while ago.
