I like the big white hands over black face. Makes it a lot easier to read than a lot of other watches I have.

James,

Thanks for sharing your idea with us. I think that the members have many great ideas as to what the watch should include (TB strap, H5 chrome ring, etc...) and hopefully some of them may make it into the production version. Also, a working chrono would be sweet.

As long as the watch is truly unique in design, you can count me in for one.

The Graham swordfish or chronofighter comes to mind for some styling cues that are similar to those of the 928. Keep us posted!

Instead all that stuff around the winding crown, swap in a fascimile of the tensioner with the winding/adjuster crown in it.

Guess Rog would have a fit if the needles had notches at the ends like the 5-speed shift stick.

I collect wrist watches, along with cars. Swiss-auto wind is the way to go. My 928 is an 87 black on black, S4 auto. STAUER maybe able to help you out. Joe.

Joe and Dan are SOOOO punny!

I hope we can make this happen...it really comes down 100 folks saying I'll take one and putting their money where their mouth is... If it does not look good (and of course that is subjective) it won't happen at all, so here is hoping that this piece is TIMELESS!

A hand I cannot give you but I am sure it will be a jewel. I will continue to watch this thread chronologically to see when you have it dialed in. I will not wind you up any further as I make my escape(ment)!

Joe, don't hold him over a barrel. Everyone knows putting together a deal like this requires movement as a train...I mean no one wants to feel like a third wheel, but once it's right it hits the pallet like a fine wine...a crowning achievement as it were. Stick a fork in me, I'm done.

If this was possible James and I would make enough money from the "miracle healing" to rescue every shark available.

Wouldn't that be fun!

You guys are GREAT! Concur with your last post there Joe and look forward to the day!

Best to all I hope we will have a good rendering of what might come by the end of this week. Patience is a virtue when doing this kind of thing so I appreciate those of you who are virtuous.
