Guys, I can't go to SITM this year. Conflicts for the weekend. I may meet you at the Waynesboro hotel just to say hi.

Looking forward to meeting all the guys and gettin' after it SITM style. We will be a little more mature on the BRP (maybe) and try harder to avoid the rangers and enjoy the scenery a little more.
This will be the most fun I will have all year, like all the other years...

I think the South River Grill for dinner/beer would be good. I can be there around 7pm. Any other place or time, just let me know.

We may be later than 7pm, unless we get an early start out of MA and keep the gas on. The guys who don't come in by way of Skyline drive will easily be there by 6:30 or 7:00.
Skyline is 108 miles, and optional at the end of thursday's drive. It adds time and is soooo twisty..

The meeting place tomorrow in MA is rte 90 just west of rte 495 at the rest area, 8 am.

Try to be early
> have a full tank of gas, or fill up there
> fuse/relay chart for your car and spare fuses/relays if possible
> 2 way radio
> drinks for the road in a cooler

We will see the rest of you at either:
1.Front Royal the first scenic overlook on Skyline drive (costs $15 to get on Skyline) around 5-5:30 pm 6/4
2. The hotel at Waynesboro VA thurs PM or at the restaurant next door.
3. Mile marker 1 of BRP at 9 am friday... ( 9 is the traditional meeting time)

I'll be passing near Waynesboro on thursday evening (driving down I-81). What time do you guys think you'll be having dinner? I could make a quick pit stop in Waynesboro if the schedule lines up well.

Ultimately heading down to Blacksburg for the night and meeting up with some friends before heading to SITM on Friday, so I won't be able to do BRP in the morning. Skyline drive on Thursday afternoon is tempting but I don't think I'd make it to Front Royal in time, although I might be able to catch up with you slowpokes that are worried about the rangers

Last year IIRC folks got in anywhere between 7 and about 9 (maybe later?) so there should be somebody there to say hi to- I'm going to be at SRG around 7 myself. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Plan change for me. I have a cousin coming to town Thursday, so need to entertain on Thursday evening.

I'll drive over to to Skyline Drive at Afton at 8am on Friday to see you off.
