Hey Austin 928 Owners, how about a road trip?
On behalf of the Porsche Club Of America - Maverick Region, I would like to invite you to a party at the Hackberry Creek Country Club in Irving, TX on Saturday, January 25, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:30.
This is the annual New Member/All Member party and you do not need to be a member to attend. Consider this an opportunity to see old friend and make new ones.
Many PCA Members think our 928's are pretty cool! Let's not forget that the Best In Show winners in the last two Lone Star Region concours were 928 owners.
There will be a drawing for a One Year Lease of the new Porsche Macan. Tickets are $50. Only 300 are available and as of Wednesday night, some were still available. A portion of the proceeds benefit Huffaker- Hughes Hope House.
Imagine if the DFW & Austin "Texas Proud" 928 owners showed up with twenty-five or thirty 928's - what a great photo shoot for the next Slipstream club magazine.

ONE WEEK AWAY! This coming Saturday is 2nd Saturday 928 GTG at Bone Daddy's in Austin at Hwy 183 and Duval.
Come join us. I'll get there around 11:30 or so. We will be inside eating around noon depending on weather.

This is the weekend guys! Come out to Bone Daddy's for lunch on Saturday with your 928 friends!

Bone Daddy's Austin is located on Hwy 183 north at the Duval exit across from the Rudy's and Outback.

This Saturday the 12th is the 2nd Saturday... So if you are in Austin around lunch time stop by Bone Daddy's on Hwy 183 at Duval. I am sure if the weather is good there will be quite a few 928's (and their owners!) hanging around!

we risked it headed north.
ended up having a romantic lunch for two at bone daddy's.
was a great day for a drive, and we really enjoyed the 200 mile loop today.
Hope to see everyone next month.
