It is a ways off - we're shooting for the first weekend in October. We would be honored by your presence.

+3 .. or better yet come to Sharks in the Mountains in June!!

If you're a good boy I might let you drive my Euro S around....as long as you don't blow out my oil lines like Mark did when I let him have it for the SITM weekend :-)

Thought the basic rule of the SITM club was NOT to talk about Mark and his mis-adventures at SITM.

JB would hate SITM.
All those mountain roads and not a straight section in sight.

Jim,

You know whippets are like potato chips...no one can have just ONE! Though you have 5 IG's so that is like having 2 more Whippets! LOL! We have been down to ONE for a bit over a year now and just can't take it anymore so we are adding one tomorrow (Flash the rescue dog) and a puppy in about 6 weeks (Megan)... You can see the pics on the "other hobbies" thread...

Love our whippet babies!

If you guys were in High School, this last couple of posts would be taken as though you were drug users.

Not saying that you are not, but just saying this sounds like a High School party, whippets an ****........... Does sniffing carb cleaner count? I can get it at Wallyworld so it's legal right?

You often hear people say that dogs and their owners LOOK alike.....yea right Now that I have more free time I will try to attend some more of the events. Again , thanks for the kind words. I started this post just to let everyone know why I had not been posting and am frankly humbled by the responses. And to those who offered to host me for a day or two ....be carefull I might just take you up on that ! Wonder how far the old very brown 1980 could make it ?

Even if it 'has issues' along the way, I can bet that if you plot a course & chart the forum members along the way, you won't be stranded - where ever you find yourself.

I'd bet you could get a fresh crew to push every few miles.

Please don't. At the moment & for some months share prices have & are moving on some kind of emotional herd instinct; logic left the stage long ago.

Just spend the day smoking Cuban cigars lighting them with 10 dollar bills; you will lose far less & maybe have more fun.
