Default Plastic Screw/Plug in Steering Rack

While changing the oil yesterday I noticed the plastic screw/plug on the steering rack, drivers side just to the left of the inner tie rod was very loose, not threaded in all the way.
It is #12 in the attached PET page of the steering rack.

Just curious what this is there for? I assume to add fluid to the rack? Is this something that should be checked?

Rack Centring bolt hole. Sadly the thread is not very common so it's awkward to make one, you have to buy one instead.

just screw it back in its isnt for adding any oil or grease. This is a hole that centers the rack and then the tierods are centered to make the wheels be straight
