Default Ive chosen some wheels waddya think?

Well all being well I should be picking them up this weekend. Oz Futura split rims 8.5 17's front and 10 17's rear.
I love em and wonder what you guys think?
Mike

Not a bad look at all, FunkyB. Those OZs are a bit dated, but not anachronistic on the S4, and anyway are sportier than the stock wheel (flat dish). The Porsche crest centers are a nice touch.

TBH the reason im going for them is that I want something more stylish for my car but quite fancy something of the same era. Keeping in mind my car is a 1984 S2 euro so they are both of the same time.

Ah yes, even better suited to the S body style! Get some pics up once you've got 'em on!

Best of your choices. What are the offsets?

not a fan of those, very dated, probably cost quite a bit too. But if they are your only choice other then the stock manhole covers then the upgrade is huge.

I still think cup I and cup II's are really nice wheels for the 928, pretty cheap too.

IMO the three piece style with all the bolts are too 'busy' for the clean lines of the 928. Too much detail to draw the eye.

Not a fan either. I think a nice modern wheel and a slightly lowered stance on the early car TOTALLY updates their looks, but these will leave you square in the early '80's. I have NEVER been a fan of 3 piece wheels with exposed bolts...

That said, it does not matter WHAT I think, as long as you like them it is all good...

No one needs to apologize. Like has been said at the end of the day it only matters if I like them but it is nice to have others opinions. One thing that has come out is that a few people have been saying they are dated.. This is probably why I like them. I loved the 70's and 80's and thats when my era of car is from.
As soon as they are fitted i'll take some photos.
Cheers all
Mike
