Default Rear tire wear, for a change....

I was at Hershey, and noticed something, on several of the other sharks there; I've been noticing that the insides of my rear tires are wearing in a cupped type wear pattern.... As the other sharks I notice were also doing... None with new or newer tires, only those with many miles...

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what may cause this fault? What may be the fix for it?

Other than that, I'm ready for SITM!

a cupped tire is indicative of worn shock absorbers

Thanks for the input, Mr. Merlin. But, only on the inside of the tire?

BTW, OT, didn't I see your bird at Rickenbacker last year?

I dont own it, it belongs to Kermit Weeks in Tamiami Fl. he owns it , from the Weeks air museum.
I just have the picture for my Avatar since i really dig the P51 Mustang.
As far as the cupping somtimes with worn shocks the tire will hop while at a steady speed , this seems to cause the tire to wear in a cupped figure and with wide tires the inner part of the tire is usually in more contact with the road than the outer edge
