Headlight wash??
Only one of my headlamp washers is squirting cleaner, iv,e tried some fine wire quite a way down the nozzle but no luck, not even a trickle.
Has anyone a remedy/fix for this if possible?

When i got my car, only the left side worked (and not that well). I had so many other things to fix that i ignored it until i replaced one of the horns (one was missing....wtf, how did this happen, was the car in a wreck ?). Anyway, when i was replacing the horn, i noticed that the line that feeds the right washer was broken at the washer nozzle. It looked impossible to get to, so worked on other things. Well, then i decided to get the car painted and removed the right front fender wheel liners (the painter was removing the front fenders to paint) and noticed that another washer supply line had completely snapped in 2 pieces. This apparently was the other reason why the left nozzle had little to no pressure (surprisingly). I have not repaired mine yet, but will when i get the car back. These are my experiences w/ the headlight washers/nozzles. hope this helps.

the headlight washer system is plumbed with a T fitting in the front with two hoses one to each nozzle BUT there is a one way pressure check valve between the T and the nozzle on each. My guess is one of the pressure check valves is plugged.

the check valves usually get plugged from having rust in the washer tank, to fix the rust you need to install a new washer tank fill tube with the metal collar removed.
Heat the new tube in boiling water then use a set of needle nose pliers to slide out the metal part
With the washer tank remove it from the car and remove the metal collar thats inside the inlet of the tank this will be very rusty , clean the tank with some simple green and a few handfulls of small rocks, rinse it out then dont over tighten the rubber connecting hose to the tank/filltube
