Disconnected green wire on driver side

Disconnected green wire on driver side
I was looking under the drivers side to get the the plastic clip because my heat won't turn off when I noticed this green wire not connected to anything. Anyone have an idea of what it is?
Also when changing spark plugs I found that on the passenger side by the windshield wiper fluid there was this plug that was not plugged in. Anyone know what this is? There's some kind of pump at the top of it and fits in a bracket.
