Default My Birthday Present - 5 Speed Weissach #210

My Birthday is tomorrow and my present arrived a day early.

1982 Weissach 5 speed with LSD and all paperwork and history.
No rub strips either - heaven!
Very clean inside and out with only 72k smiles.
Complete set of luggage with tags.
Shame its a 5 speed

Unmolested apart from a pair of spots on the front. Attached to the grille mounts so not body parts harmed during the work.
PO had the anodized wheels painted silver so I see a new set in the cars future.

Drives very nice but feels like it needs a throw out bearing. Brakes feels terrible so some TLC is needed.

The badge was still attached to the cardboard protection sleeve inside the delivery Weissach Envelope from the factory and is #210 - looks like more than 205 were made.

Thanks to Dennis for pointing me to this treasure.

I can now do some side by side comparisons of auto v 5 speed in identical cars.

Hoppy Dirthbay Roger!!!

What was the option code on the Rallye lights?

Very nice condition.

You sure it's the throw-out bearing?
Did you use the third pedal on the left?

I can't wait to try out the rally lights tonight.
It even came with the original 7" lights.

Interior looks incredible and the luggage is really cool.

Do you seriously NOT know how to drive a stick?
