Lightbulb Styling Cues.

I've been overwhelmed by emails from here and Phil Tong's board regarding the lense covers on FAT BULLY. So much so that i've decided to take orders and help out fellow 928'rs. But please, i'd like to stress yet again - i'm doing this to help u guys out, not to make money. I hate spamming as much as i like my car.

The pic below is another nice styling cue on FAT BULLY that you may want consider for your car - color coded clocks. Unfortunately, i don't think i'll be able to help you with this one. I think it would be too costly, so you'll just have to find someone in your neck of the woods to do it for you...

Thumbs up

Yep, I agree. I've been waiting for 928 Specialists to come out with the aluminum dial faces to go with some other interior accents I've added. The have gauge face colors... ww

One relatively large problem I see with the way the faces in the photo have been done is that all the warning information will be covered over. Turn the ignition key one tick(don't start it) and you'll see what I mean. There's A LOT of important info there...like timing belt tension warning!!!

928 Specialist site has a good example of the faces with cut-outs for the info to show through.[URL=http://www.928gt.com] Go to the accesories section.

Wink

Davor, the white overlay is thin enuff for all the warning lights to shine thru and they're all clearly visible, even in daytime.

Otherwise I would never've done the mod. In no way will I ever compromise my engine for the sake of aesthetics. (leave that for the ricers, he-he-he...)
