I have been covered a couple of times by using pay-pal. I would dispute the transaction with them. I bet you will get your money refunded.

Wow. Reading the replies to my post makes me even more mad.

The whole story:

10/31 Win eBay auction for two Porsche keyheads from JagGraveyard

11/20 Call JagGraveyard, they say the keys are shipping "right away"

12/19 Leave a message for JagGraveyard, they never call back.

1/24 Call JagGraveyard, they say "the keys are shipping right away." I insist speaking with a manager. The lady on the phone tells me "he's putting them in an envelope right now. They're going out this afternoon- promise!"

2/11 Call JagGraveyard, demand a refund. Lady on the phone says, "hold on!" I wait... for twenty minutes on hold.

Call back JagGraveyard, lady says "you're getting a refund, okay?" I explain that I paid on PayPal and want my refund in cash. She takes my address.

Lessons learned:
1) Buy from the big three, or from friends. (like Heinrich)
2) Pay with credit card, not PayPal.
3) Don't be an idiot.

Lessons 1 and 2 are learned. Lesson 3-- been trying to learn that one for 35 years and hasn't stuck yet.

Rog is a reliable source for anything he offers. I picked up my lighted keyhead here, no hassles: http://lockworld.com/
