Don't believe everything you read on the internet. The car was no where near being totalled, if it had actually been totalled, it would have a salvage/rebuilt title.

The lady that hit the S4 also hit another driver. As it turned out, she had a ****ty 10/20/10 insurance policy. What that means is she had to cover the cost of actually totalling the first vehicle she hit, pay for the moderate injuries sustained by the driver of the first car, and then cover the cost to repair the S4...all with 20k. Do the math.

I bought the car with a CLEAN & CLEAR title.

Because the hood needs an adjustment its got to be a salvage car? What a joke, I pulled the engine and the hood has to come off for that job and i can say my hood could use some more time put into adjusting it. They are a pain in the *** to adjust, its really just guess work if you ask me. You loosen a couple bolts make a slight movement with the latches then tighten and shut the thing to see how much better it looks. Its a crapshoot. I figured i spent enough time on it i gave up after 10 times.

A misaligned hood dosent mean **** other then someone needs to spend more time to adjust it.
