Fuel pressure is only 32 Psi when I increase the speed it does not rise, slight drop to 30 Psi than to 32 psi.

Mike is bringing up the Maf to act as a back up.

With the car running and the vacuum lines to the fpr and fmu disconnected, what is fuel pressure. Stock is 36psi. Idle with the vacuum attached should be ~6 lower.

With vacuum off the FPR it goes to 40 PSI

I think I may have found the issue, The plastic vacuum line I treaded off of the fuel dampener is loose on the hose, pulled off real easy this goes to the FMU, keeping my fingers crossed and getting a new line in a few.

Our county says it's my problem from the meter back:

I my be chasing a ghost it seems like when I blow on the vacuum line after looking at the diagram it goes to the TB and I guess I should be hearing air, am I right?

Think of 928 ownership as Fight Club.

Never... I mean ever! Never add up the receipts!

No fuel smell in FPR, fixed Vacuum leak to FMU I think, disconnected A/F from OX sensor.
Still surging going to pressure test it next.

Sounds like the FPR is working as it should.

From what I gather, the car shows a lean condition whenever you accelerate. Does this happen at any acceleration or does it only happen when the car is seeing boost?

If it is happening whenever you press on the accelerator pedal then it has nothing to do with the SC system. The computer is not giving you acceleration enrichment so that tells me it does not know to give enrichment until after the event and the o2 sensor comes into play. It would be reasonable to expect that to cause surging. I suspect the MAF is not working properly because that is what tells the LH acceleration has taken place and to provide more fuel.

Mr. Speak may have an opinion on that being a possibility.
