Raped at the Porsche dealership?

That's steep t-belt water pump jobs should be $800-1200 depending where you are.+ rest of the work I'd figure $3000 at best. What's the Labor rate at this dealership? $200/hour?

"Retorqued the oil pan?? Good luck with that fix!"
i was getting the info second hand ...i think he was saying that there was a slight leak in the oil sump gasket? and that it might not need the gasket replaced but just to retorque the screws...what would be the appropriate terminology?

That would be the appropiate terminology but the wrong approach. You need to take the oil pan off and put a new gasket in its place. Gasket cost $18.00, while at it you can replace the tired engine mounts ($50-90). Its a big job but that your be the correct way to do it. I retorqued mine just to start leaking again a month later, so I changed the oil pan gasket and that fixed it.

You got stung and it doesn't look like it is over. Part of the problem is that things that looked like small jobs to you are not. The AC work they did probably required the dash to come out, or at least the center console. The little mirror problem may have required a number of hours of diagnosis to find the source of the problem, often a broken wire hidden in a sheath in the door. I'm not sure why they replaced the entire windshield washer system for what sounds like one plugged washer head, but that was a lot of labor too. The TB and WP should not exceed $1500-2K, but they may have gone overboard on parts, say, using a NEW Prosche WP instead of rebuilt.

If you plan on letting the dealership replace the oil pan gasket get ready for another BIG bill. Do some research before you do on what is involved in replacing oil pan gasket so you can get an idea of what to expect and what needs to be done/replaced.

No offense but based on what? Last time I had a tbelt job done by someone other than me it was $1500 and that was not the dealership. And it was 8 years ago.
I expect a dealer to charge:
TBelt/Pump $2000
airconditioner troubleshooting $700
outside passenger mirror troubleshooting $700
windshield washer troubleshooting $700
oil pan retorque $700 but this is a mistake ... should be replaced.
control head and heat flap $2500
replace the whole windshield wiper sprayer system $2000
dimmer light for the dash troubleshooting $700
TOTAL $10,600

Just got my car in early November; too cold, and no garage, so I brought it to the local 928 mechanic who, fortunately, is only a mile away. TB/WP, hoses and the asst parts, antilock relay, $2500 and I sort of anticipated that amount (for some reason, repairs done at shop always cost almost exactly twice what I think it should cost. I'm amazingly accurate when estimating these things, I don't know why). So if you add all the other work done on your car, then double it, it comes out about right. Parts that we can buy discounted, they charge 'list' price for, which adds up VERY quickly (best example, I buy spark plugs when they go on sale; professional mechanic gets them delivered at list, which is about 4 to 6 times what I pay). Remember, you're paying someone else to do the grunt work too. That includes the time diagnosing everything. They don't own the car, and have to start figuring it out from scratch. Being told 'the washer doesn't work' is only a hint. Parts we learn to jury rig or clean and adjust, they replace with NEW expensive parts. Lots of things require the work of two people, one to operate stuff, the other to listen and watch and manipulate stuff in the area affected. Adds up to $$$$$. I don't think you got 'raped'; you just paid the going rate. It's a Porsche; things are going to get expensive; but you knew that going in.
Now, a lot has been said that you need an 'experienced' 928 mechanic. I don't think so. A good mechanic, armed with a shop manual, can fix damn near anything, it's just a matter of time.
