Question 928 Mechanic in Dallas area

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone on the board knows of a good 928 mechanic in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. We have plenty of "Euro" shops but most are lean on 928 wrenches.

Looking to have some clutch work done and want to avoid the dealer.

Thanks in advance,
Scott

Thanks Snowball,

I have a friend that used Bob Moore for his 911 work and was very pleased. I'll give Lonnie a call and see what he has to say...

Thumbs up

Thanks Sterling!

I've been watching your site and waiting to see your monster 928 . In the meantime, I'll
visit Zims for clutch and alignment work.

Thanks again,
Scott

Is sure does. I think Snowball and Sterling had gone through a fit of post deletions at some point so this thread looks really funny.

BTW, Zims did the work on the clutch and, as it turned out, root cause was a torque tube.

That car was silky smooth after the Clutch, flywheel, PP, TOB and TT replacement.
