The 1.2W warning bulbs are held in their plastic holder by tiny metal barbs. If you depress those the bulb and its metal contacts come out. The wires of the bulb are soldered/pressed onto the metal contacts.
The black plastic base bulbs are OSRAM 2721MF. You may be able to order them through your local auto parts store, or a repair shop. They may have to be purchased in packs of 10, but only cost ~$0.50 each. 83-88 need almost 20 of them, anyway.
