I am certainly no expert, but as far as I know, Zagato never produced a version based on the Vanquish, other than a single roadster prototype.
The last AM/Zagato collaboration were the 2 DB7 variants, including the DBAR-1

Chuck: sorry to see you part with the GTS. That thing is a prime example and fits perfectly is this fantastic collection.

Now between Kermit and the GTS, you never really had a challenge. What you need is a project. Go grab a basket case somewhere
