Default Wow, beautiful slate grey '93 5-spd GTS for sale on Rennlist classifieds...

Wow, what a beautiful car. Slate Grey is so awesome looking on the 928. I can't imagine this one hanging around too long.

No affiliation. Just a happy customer of the Rennlist classifieds. I found my '88 S4 on Rennlist, and had a very satisfying buying experience.

Regards,

- rick

Very sweet ride.....the owner is well known to take excellent care of his (many) 928's.... I like the color combo too! Where did I leave that lottery ticket??

Guys, how about a linky ? (If it's allowed)

Can't for the life of me find it, no matter how much I look.

Cheers,

Nevermind; just found it. Was looking at the 'for sale' forum instead of 'classifieds'...

Cheers,

Nice one indeed. Would love to get my hands on the wood shifter.

So you guys think $42k for a 74K mile car is fair. Cool!! Looking good for GTS value.

Oops - my bad. I was looking at the one with 96k miles - and an automatic - for $29k.

$42k for the other one seems a tad steep considering the 74k miles, but not by much considering the condition - and the wood trim.

That is what i was thinking. Not sure i could get $42k for mine with 62k miles but Amazon is a cool color, although the slate gray is rather nice..

Question

Are the decals on both of the quarter windows original? And if so, can anyone tell me what they are?

Thanks,
Brent

Yes they are mine still has them also. IIRC one is for the 5 mph bumper the larger one to the left and the other is for the Porsche alarm. Although I would have to check for sure.

There's also the "Unleaded Fuel Only" sticker over the filler door. It's brown on all the cars I've seen. It's NLA as far as I can tell. Were they brown when new?

He is missing the alarm and unleaded fuel sticker. If you look closely the unleaded fuel sticker is on the window above the filler door. I believe it is a rather dark brown almost black writing with transparent center where the lettering is.

Ahh....makes sense to me now. I couldn't figure out what such a large decal would be for.
Thanks !

The ad says that is has "Factory Rootwood accent package".

Was this an actual factory installed item; (therefore I would assume it would have an option code for it) or is it more like a dealer installed Porsche accessory?

Brent
