Seems like a pretty good deal. Any good reason I shouldn't get it (besides the fact that I already have one)?

Sounds like it is in decent shape based on the model 7ear. The high mileage is what would scare me:confused:

automatics in general scare the crap out of me about TBF after living it. The 196 wouldnt bother me too much. But I think it is priced about right with the 196

what does TBF stand for?

thrust bearing failure. Do a search and learn about it. If you are buying a 928 you need to know about it and how to check for it. When it happens it is usually total engine loss and occures in 32 valve AT cars mostly. Very easy to hide to the unknowing buyer
