Hey SOCAL Girl - If still available, Jim morehouse can hook you up with a set of CD Manuals - should be easy to search for.

My list is simple.

$$ so I can give it to Roger.

MM for both cars.

Steering wheel for the '88.

Both cars running at Christmas time.

And a trouble free year in '08.

My list: hot water heater valve, intake refresh kit plus out-of-production tensioner spring for tap-tap-tap noisy lifters, plus pins to plug the holes in the oil channels for same problem. In other news . . .

SOCALgirl,

Consider John Pirtle's excellent Rennlist website here:

http://members.rennlist.com/pirtle/svc.html

And Greg Nichol's site at:

http://www.nichols.nu/tips.htm

Also, "Big Three" are invaluable at:

www.928gt.com
www.928intl.com
www.devek.net

They are vendors and elder statesmen on the art of the 928. If this is all old hat, my apologies. I see the brake pad change out procedure is well documented on the Pirtle site with photos . . .

I'd use some heavy duty oil change gloves to do the work as the brake fluid and other brake dust is nasty stuff and takes a bit of Lava soap to get off over a number of days.

Good luck!

Brakes for the S4. Rotors, pads, pad sensors, lines. I'm actually paying and buying this for myself. Merry Christmas to me!

I tried out the idea of the wife buying me a Recaro SRD sport seat, but she said "No way!" What the hell is that?

Looks like Roger has #4 on my list covered. Now just to figure out which ones I need.
On second thought I should probably do them all WYAT.
