That looks more like a stock lower spoiler ripped 1/2 off or down.

yes on the front of old steam trains, they are called "cow throwers"

It is a minnow strainer, useful when driving a shark.

The '90 and later have that spoiler with holes that feed air to the oil cooler under the radiator.

I was born & raised in Oklahoma. I reckon that's a little south of the Mason-Dixon line, and a wee bit west too. :cheers:

their is a good chance that the bolt on spoiler support is also damaged in the posted picture, it usually is crushed upwards/rearwards by driving the car into a low curb or parking stop. the spoiler may have to be removed to fix its correct mounting points
