does any one in or around san diego want to have an owners meeting next year possibly January 19, 2008? We could talk about our cars and how every one wants to be cool like us. I was thinking about the parking lot of the bowling alley near VONs "unless you can think of a better spot". Its around $20 to go bowling. Then we can go bowling, drinking, and eating food.

Sheesh!! You gotta roll maybe what, a mile to be surrounded by grapes? Beranrdo winery is pretty cool and the last one I attended was pretty fun.

I am kind of getting the feeling I will be in the next hostel movie if we go to a winery.

As mentioned previously, we are booked absolutely solid through New Years with activities. Nail a date after New Years plus a week or two and we can discuss. I enjoyed the winery, believe we need to start earlier (like lunchtime) with lunch, then the tech/walkaround stuff, and then enjoy the music and the company from a seated position. But it's not my show...


88, you'll need a few days now to get the car running too. Don't want to have to hide the Geo Metro in the public lot.

i like the idea of go-kart, does any one know the people running the go-karts? It is really fun when you turn go-karts into bumper karts "did it at celebration station many of times"

If I was still living out there I'd suggest Palomar Mt followed by some pie in Julian and then a return back to Temecula for a tech session.

Used to live in Temecaula BTW, definitely miss Palomar Mt.

Last karting was at K1 in Carlsbad, where there is no tolerance for bumper-car driving. Unless you are lighter than Andy S (Mongo) you can pretty much forget about having your name at the top of the list.

Somebody propose a weekend day later in January so Mr. Randy V can join us. Smoke and ash should be cleaned up by then. Might need to wear a jacket but so what.

A drive to Julian for a slice of pie wouldn't be too tough to swallow either. Lots of opportunities.
