Default My Car's Having A Period!!!

OK. This will be a diagnostic guessing game - with prizes worth up to, oh, I dunno, maybe a couple of bucks or so!!!

Scenario: I took my shark on a very spirited drive a couple of Saturdays ago. She performed flawlessly! Then, last Friday, I drove her to work and back home. No problems at all.

On Friday evening, I walked out into the garage, and noted a small pool of red fluid accumulating underneath the car, between the rear wheels. Ruh roh!

So, my obvious diagnosis was that my car was having a period! And, since it was born in 1993, it's now 14 years old and very likely going through puberty! So obviously it all fits!!

She's being flat-bedded up to Motorsport as we speak to see her Gynecologist, Dr. Lomas.

Feel free to chime in and post your best-guess diagnosis. The earliest post-marked correct guess wins a CD of... Wait for it... Great country songs that I wrote and produced my very own self!!!

Mine did that before...
Was the white reservoir bottle attached to the side of the transmission and the cap wasn't sealing well.
Was told that the torque tube would drain back after driving and it wasn't containing the overflow.

I know what it is. If there's a small puddle of red fluid on the floor in that location it means... Wait, the prize is the CD of country songs that you produced? Ummm... I have no idea what the red fluid means.

It will be the tranny cooler lines up front at the rad..mine was the top one..but it could be either..

skip that...re-read it..between the rear wheels..likely the cap on the tranny reservoir .....heated up the fluid during your spirited run and some came out..looks like a new tranny in store for you haha..

later,
Tom

It means your car is ready for the next stage in its life. It's a natural process. One piece of advice: Be Gentle!

You need to start budgeting for some of those pad thingies ( with wings) .... and a trainer bra for the front can't be far behind ...

Lovely tow truck drivers, can't take specific instructions over the phone...we now have one bent rear swaybar end link. That will put her in an even more foul mood along with the change of life!

If I guess right I will donate the CD to whoever wants it, I will say that Bigs does love his country music and is very talented but I have threatened to change all his preset stations to rock...

BTW Tom, worth every penny! lol

OK, there's been at least one of you guys who got it right - but your answer included multiple guesses.

If you want high quality country blues delivered to your door, you gotta limit your answer to one single diagnosis!
