Default New wheels, waddya think

Well I have spent 3 months looking for a set of wheels that I really fancy to go with my car. I have been looking for a set that look classic but still smart and modern and that will also fit in with my Indische Rot over black leather S2. So before I order them whats the general opinion on these babies?

what sizes?????

are these flat black/matte finish? or are they gloss black with matte finish? I can't tell from the photo.....

my choice would be:

no less that 18 inch diameter, as wide as possible, and gloss black with clear coat.

But it's your car........

Happy shopping!

Looks a lot like what a painted C2 wheel would look. What color is your 928? Could look nice:

I like it alot. If I ever get my phone dials done I'll post pics, I did the same scheme. I like the black with silver (brushed) lip. Looks sporty but not too much bling.

I'd like to see pics of them on the car (or a good photoshop job) anyone?

Chris, the pic you posted is of a Cup 1, not a Cup 2.

the "C" isn't for Cup, it's Carrera, so you're both right. it's a Cup 1, aka Carrera 2 (C2) wheel...

18" ??? You have my interest! Are you down in Oz? Who makes these and what sizes in width? Maybe you could share cost as well. I think there would be some folks here interested in C2 knock offs that are 18". At least enough folks to justify an overseas shipment.

I'm not big on black wheels, meself. Just had some 16" phone dials refinished to replace the 993 wheels on my car from time to time- variety being the spice of life and all. Was hoping to have them done in Carrera GT silver, but I ran out of patience. The ones posted look like somewhat the 'C' wheels, with Nicole's wheel trim rings.
