Has anyone had their seat heaters fail? Mine don't work. I'm starting from scratch.

Fuse is good, there is power to and through the switch. Service manual electrical diagram shows a timer-style relay aft the switch. Does anyone know where it is?

Any ideas, techies? I'm looking to save on wasted troubleshooting time and "go where others have gone before".
