Some planing updates:
Dinner is set for 7pm on Friday night at the mexican place just off the main street square (have the name written down at home). Outdoor seating if its nice, indoors if not.
Dinner is set for 7:30 pm at Stringfellows, right off the square. We'll have the place reserved to ourselves with a choice of steak, chicken, or fish. (Limited menu to accomodate all the people). We'll need to get dinner orders placed about 1 week in advance.
Track day is Friday from Noon-5pm. Two run groups - Beginners and Intermediate/Advanced. Unless you are certified by a drive solo at MSR you'll need to at least begin in the Beginner group. I need a headcount for each group so I can plan the sessions. In-car instruction may be available (still working on it) otherwise it will be classroom and lead/follow exercises. This is A LOT of track time considering the small group, come well rested and with plenty of tread on your tires!
Guys, my planning time is pretty limited so if someone can coordinate the dinner orders and track day headcount I would appreciate it.

I agree, weather was fantastic last year-the first 3rd coast I was able to attend. I'll be there again, just not sure if I am renting a room just yet. The event is only about 40 minutes from my house.
