Default 928/Steve Jobs/Original Mac

A little bit of trivia on Steve Jobs 928 and the original Mac. Thought it was interesting.

Cool little tidbit, thanks for the link.

I'll ask Steve the next time I see him (giggle snort).

Interesting that Steve Jobs now drives an AMG SL, which has a somewhat similar dash layout...

VERY interesting. Last time I was at the Apple Campus (2000 or 2001) there was a nice brown OB parked in the lot. It looked worn but well-cared for. I wonder if that was his car originally and sold to one of the workers...

Sadly, Steve Jobs passed away today, at the age of 56.

May he rest in peace.

My wife worked for Steve in the early days of Apple - nicest guy I ever meet. Agree - RIP.

If not for Steve Jobs, we still be faced with companies who refuse to reinvent themselves and offer new invigorative products for their customers. Steve forced Apple to go above and beyond with their new innovative products...

Jobs, Wozniak, Bushnell and others - the current Silicon Valley wonder kids have nothing on them!

I wonder if Steve ran Porsche, what would the 928 be today... in the steps of the Macevolution.

I will miss him. My first computer was an Apple //e and the mac was always my dream, specially that little 128k sucker.
