Hi Chris,

Sweet looking track car and very clean! Nice work so far but is the weight with all the safety equipment, ie seat, harnesses, fire system? And what are you doing to protect the engine?

Already miss my track car,
Constantine

A few *** Q:
So what class do all you 928ers run in?
if you "tear out all the interior electronics (i do still see the brain, any troubles getting her to run.
I ask because i have a 79 5sp no sunroof but the interior wirings been had at by a TROLL!!!
and said Troll took the 5sp too. = ( though it would make a good track car but didnt know what troubles were to be had from interior electronics. ...Not that I can drive a stick (missing the clutch leg>>>and power shifting only works for so long)

Constantine,

This car is destined for private track days only! As it gets sorted out we will possibly think about competing on some level! But, for now, it's just for fun!

We are still installing some items! However, we placed everything that is going to end up in the car for the weigh-in, we weighed it, and then pulled it back out!

Yeah, you can run the PC-680 Odyssey instead of the PC-925(?). It's lighter and would work OK on a pure track car.

I run the PC-680 on my street/track car and it gets a little dicey when you have multiple starts w/o time to charge between. Mine seem to last around a year and then start holding less & less charge.
