Default Tire pressure sender removal?

I just purchased 4 wheels with tire pressure sensors on them and I want to know if you can remove them and if so how do you fill the holes? Also can these sensors be left there and endure the heat of powdercoating if I go that route?
Anyone need 4 tire pressure sensors by the way? (joke) -Mark

We had some special tapered aluminum "plugs" made to fill the holes and then you have a REALLY GOOD WELDER weld them in place. I can see if we still have any of the plugs left if you are interested.
