Default header bolt/nut question...

2 questions

1st what is the spec of the nut for the post where I screw down my headers. I know this sounds ridiculous, but my wife swept one away by mistake. figure my options are ask rennlist pop another off and try to match it at lowes...

2nd the first post of my block where I attach the headers is missing. temporary fix is a bolt that is an exact fit. What is the propper procedure to fix this? Guessing you order X post from 928 intl and the nut from question 1. mostly curious how the post is fastened when origionally constructed...

Thanks again

by posts i assume you mean the studs.

The thread pitch is 8 x 1.25 and the nut is conical, mechanical locking nut.

The Stud is the same pitch obviously but i dont know the exact length you would have to get. Call one of the 928 suppliers, you wont find the stud or the nut anywhere locally.
