gggggeeeez that car needs to be taken out of her misery.

On May-19-07 at 05:51:48 PDT, seller added the following information:
My wife typed this in wrong. The timing BELT not the timing chain was replaced just before the piston cracked which was last year. The fuel pump is also a year old.

yeah right ...don't blame your stupidness on your wife... i am sure she wouldn't even know what a timing CHAIN is ... defenately not a timing belt or know the difference

what can i say... a coward (fess up to it, you made a mistake when you typed the description) selling his beaten car... i don't even wanna know what he does to his wife

I wonder why he thinks it has a cracked piston? Has anybody ever heard of a 928 with a cracked piston? My guesses would be more like: a burned valve, a blown head gasket, a cracked (or corroded cylinder wall)....Not a big deal one way or the other, but I am just puzzled.
