Default 928 GTS on Top Gear TV program

Brit Jeremy Clarkson's review of the 928 - he does an honest assessment and the clip has great audio!

That's pretty good, and I agree, a fair assesement. Thanks for posting it.

That's a good review...the quip about "80s performance" caught my attention, as a GTS is still faster than most cars today...lol. While it won't keep up with a GT2 out of the box, with a few mods it'll give any Carerra a run for its (excessive amounts of) money.

I dare say you can't find a GTS for 1500 pound sterling. That was a great clip, however! Love watching the left-handed shifting.

For a guy who can pick a car to pieces, he gives it a pretty good
I wish we could get him to drive one of the SC'd 5spd cars

Nice clip! Came across it on youtube a few months ago and thought everyone has already seen it. I beleive the one I saw was a longer version that showed when Clarkson was looking at cars on a used car lot and wanted something exotic for very little $$.

1500 GBP was for a early car they featured in a previous program.

The GTS featured was a great car, but unfortunately was written off by a fuel fire shortly after the program was made :-(

It has been posted before, I even think the owner commented on it. Apparently, Geremy was unfamiliar with the dogleg shift and took off in 2nd in that clip. The blue smoke from the rear of the car is from the clutch burning!

I believe this car later was totalled, but the engine lives on in another car?
