nice car, seems like it's priced right. just bought something similar two weeks ago, same mileage, for a couple grand less, but I've just put around 2k into it to get it perfect. so seems to me that you're right on the money, if not a tad low for the condition and mileage, but now I have a bias. good luck with the sale.
