Default COLD START VALVE ?

I cannot seem to find my cold start valve! I have an 84 Euro, Does this motor have one? I hope so, cause I ordered one I am looking where my manual says it shouild be, but it aint!

I would cancel the order.
80-83 Euro used CIS with an additional cold start injector mounted to the front of the intake. Your 84 uses LH injection, no cold start injector was used. The LH adjust the existing 8 injectors pulse for a richer cold start.
Having a starting problem?

No, actually the car starts fine when cold. I thought it would race a little, being cold, but it goes right to regular idle pretty much. I just thought cause the RPM's did not go up when cold, the valve might be going bad. When I ordered the part, I did not notice that they DO NOT have one listed for my car! DUH!! I will be returning it!

I think you're talking about the aux air regulator, 928 606 102 03 (#1). It should be attached to the heater hose elbow on the rear of the (US) passenger side head.



If you have a Swiss, Swedish, or Aussie model with a vacuum limiter (#2), it must be a mess under the spider, with all those hoses!
