Default Cheapest interior mod I'll ever do

Roger's wife Zane suggested I do some color behind the 928 on the door sills. She thought a tan would look good, and I'm sure it would, but I went with red. I bought a plastic portfolio @ Office Depot for $1.49 and cut a couple of strips to slide behind the numbers. I think it looks great. Also, while I'm at it, my new shift **** from 928 Motorsports and my cupholder off of ebay.

I think a white insert would look better. The red seems out of place on your car.

Never mind the comments about the sheepskins - I have a custom set in glassic grey to match my interior. They are the epitome of luxury.

I sleep better at night knowing they're there. They are also quite cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter with the fuzzies on. I could have them off in 10 minutes if needed for a show or something.

Actually, they kinda tie into the red thing going on in back.

Ed,
Did you need to put some sticky tape on the red sheet to keep them from sliding around?

If I do inserts, I'll be sure to keep my doors closed around Jim M.

Not as of yet, they are trimmed to fit around one of the sill mounting pins, and have a textured surface, so they "Seem" secure. It has crossed my mind, and I'll take the appropriate step if needed.
