you should check what is involved in importing it to the US and costs; it can be very expensive..

928 in Japan
A USA model for re-importing shouldn't be a problem , should it ?

6 DAYS LEFT with no reserve.

Why do you want to bid so early?

The seller will notice the demand for the car and will end up removing the auction before it end (ala L... M...) and repost it with a high reserve. You wanna bet?

FROM EBAY
*1989 Aug Exported to Japan

*You can just import and register the car !!! No special matter required !! This is original US market car!!! US buyer should pay 2.5% import Tax.

*JAPAN-USA/Canada $1700. Included: export certificate, title translation to English, Japanese domestic transportation fee to Yokohama Port, Export custom broker's fee, shipping cost to US/Canada available ports by Ro Ro line.
Looks like a straight forward deal. A lack of PPI or hands on test would scare me but for the right person looking for a special look, and I really like the look plus low miles (if they are correct), it might be a fun adventure knowing going into it there might be a few surprises.

So...shipping + Import tax 2.5% + sales tax could add another several thousand $$.

Wonder what a VIN# search would show? WP0JB0921HS860444

All the Japanese 928's have low mileage compared to the US cars, it's just the way it is. Mine is from Japan, ROW car, no problems, lots are driving around Canada now.
