Carl,

Have you tried dual Carter AFB's? It does sound like you are maxing out the injectors if the control pressure is minimized and your system pressure has been adjusted up. What system pressure adjustments have you made?

No, but it is important to me to stay correct to the breed. I manufacture and sell supercharger kits for K-Jet, L-Jet and LH-Jet - and thats what I am going to spend development time and $$$ on for me and the good of my customers. Not carbs.

I am only 32 HP from 500 - and I just found and ordered some injectors; that may be all I need.

Carl,

just kiddin about the AFB's. Have you tried adding shims to the relief valve to increase system pressure? This would increase the pressure at the injectors across the whole rpm range, so readjustment of the WUR would be required.
