Twitchy Oil Pressure guage
After having the transmission rebuilt, my oil pressure guage is either pegged at 5 or is twitching around like crazy, I'm assuming theres a bad connection or a loose ground somewhere...
I did a search but couldn't figure out where to look.
Where should I look?

Best to get underneath, pull the bellypan, and remove the wire connections to the oil pressure sender, clean them up and then make sure they are snug. Your year has a plug, I believe. Look inside it for corrosion. Also, there may be a break in the wire, hopefully near the distal end, so you might give them a tug. I'd have to look at the wiring diagrams to determine how you might check the wires for continuity. When the sender fails, the gauge stays pegged at 5 except when the car is off.

What Bill said. A 'twitchy' oil pressure gauge is often the sender harness connector. It's upside down and catches whatever cruft is dripping off the block.

Odd that it should act up after having the trans worked on. Did they fool with the trans cooler? If so they may have bumped it loose or cracked aging insulation.
