With varifyable service records for all that work completed, and in addtion, a good PPI, I think he's done all of the due diligence he can do. Remember, it does have 120K on it, and is nearly 17 years old. It's not going to be perfect, that I will guarantee, but for around $14-$15K, as long as the PPI comes back good, I think it's a great deal!
