Allen - love the siper color - reminds me of my old 86. Also, think about re-plating the other hardware with the zinc coating (I think?) as per original factory.

Thanks for the color compliment. It appears the same as yours! It's a very metallic blue.
I believe the unit is called a 'spider' not a 'siper' as you type(oed). Although the spider does help the engine sip gasoline and air.
Your state must be a beautiful place to drive your 928.

Are these numbers correct.
I expected the drag coefficient to be a lot lower on the 928 than a 911 especially older ones like my turbo and 993. So iw ould also assume the GTS has a slightly higher coefficient with the wider rear flairs.
If this is correct at 0.36 Cd that would make it less streamline than my turbo at 0.35 or my C2 at 0.32 Cd. Which is not at all what I expected, especially since Holbert chose the 928 to test top speed over a 911 turbo. Newer 911's are much more streamline than the older 911's. i wonder where the Panamera comes in.
